Hi!
I bought a Favre Leuba from you 5-6 months ago (item number 170773361315). At first glance it seemed like a nice peace. The watch also worked well by then. However, a couple of days ago the winding mechanism jammed and I had to open the watch. The movement looked pretty dirty so I decided to take it apart to clean it. When doing that I found out that parts of the protection system (Incabloc I think) was glued and taped to the main plate?! At closer inspection I found out that the "legs" holding one of the endstones was severally damaged and thats probably why you decided to do this "quick fix".
My problem now is I can not get hold of spare parts to fix the problem and I can therefore not fix the watch (I have looked around for spare parts of this type but couldn't find it). Your add said the movement was"PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED". Repairs like this does not seem very proffesional to me.
What should I do?

As agreed the attached picture illustrates the part I'm after:
After removing the glue and the tape:
I think replacing the entire round "metal thing" of the Incabloc would be the easiest since I'm not sure it's even possible just to replace the "broken" leg of the endstone- holder.

I MEAN PARTS HAVE ALREADY BROKEN OR DAMAGE. AND AFTER FIX PARTS WATCH CANNOT KEEPING GOOD TIME. AND WATCH NEEDED AGAIN RESTORED AND SERVICED. AND YOU MUST SEND ME WATCH.
I have restored and serviced some watches myself and I think I can do it if I just get the spare parts. If I try and fail then it's my bad. I will still be very happy with the service you have provided and you can consider me as a happy customer.

To be honest with you I don't think I should pay for the shipping charges. The sales description said "professionally restored". I think using tape and glue in the movement contradicts that expression.
Since it's just a small part you should probably be able to send it via the ordinary mail in a small envelope? That must be much cheaper?
